Mama Leche started from my own journey as a young mom of twin girls. I was determined to beat the odds and be the best mom I could be.

When I found out that both of my babies were allergic to formula, breastfeeding became more than a choice—I had to find a way to produce enough milk for two growing babies.

I started researching natural ways to support my milk supply and making my own lactation treats. What started as something I made for myself quickly became something I knew could help other moms too.

Mama Leche was born in my beautiful home of Bermuda 🇧🇲 with one goal: to help breastfeeding moms feel supported, understood, and a little less alone.

I’ve been the tired mama, the worried mama, and the mama wondering, “Am I making enough?”
